you cannot reach Canton, then you may
contact the hosting provider (Liquidweb) yourself.
Although individual website owners aren't normally authorized
to request support directly from Liquidweb, we have a "managed"
level service meaning they will probably respond to and appreciate
a heads-up. Here's
what you do:
1. Phone tech support at 1-800-580-4985
2. Dial options for "technical support" then "dedicated servers" then "linux"
3. When you get a human on the phone follow this script:
"Hi, my website 'www.xyz.com' is slow/unresponsive/down.
Can you please check the status for host.w3code.com?" They won't be able to do deep troubleshooting without more account credentials, but they should at least be able to verify that the server is up or down.
